Here is how your commission unfolds:

  1. Place your order. In the box above, tell us where to send your preview (email or WhatsApp). Then send your photograph to support@mrehloy.com with your order number. Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos work best.
  2. Within 48 hours, you receive your digital preview — your portrait, rendered and composited in its frame. This is the moment most customers say they fell in love: seeing their mother's face, their dog, their wedding kiss, already an heirloom.
  3.  You approve (one free revision). Nothing is cut before this moment. What you approve is what Grandma Li cuts.
  4.  3–5 days later, your portrait is hand-cut, framed in hardwood, sealed with the studio chop, and shipped fully insured to your door. Total door-to-door: about 2–3 weeks.
