Handmade in China. Shipped Worldwide. Here's Exactly What to Expect.

Step 1 — Making Your Piece (3–5 business days)

Every piece is handmade to order in our studio in China. Production takes 3–5 business days. Custom portraits (paper cutting / pyrography) begin only after you approve your digital preview. Ready-made pieces (dried-flower art, velvet jewelry) ship in 1–3 business days.

Step 2 — Shipping to Your Door (7–15 business days)

All orders ship fully insured with tracking from China. You'll receive your tracking number by email the moment your piece leaves our studio.

Shipping Fees

Free insured worldwide shipping on orders over $99. Flat $9.9 under $99.

Total Timeline: 2–3 Weeks, Door to Door

From the day you approve your preview to the day it hangs on your wall: typically 2–3 weeks. Handmade cannot be rushed — and we believe you'd rather wait for it than wait for anything else.

Packaging

Every framed artwork ships in custom-fitted protective packaging, corner-guarded and fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will remake or refund it — your choice.

Customs & Import Duties

Shipments are sent from China and may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare shipments accurately.

Delays

Occasionally, customs inspections or carrier backlogs add a few days. We'll keep you updated if your tracking stalls for more than a week.
