The Nature of Handmade

Every Mrehloy piece is made by a human being, by hand. Because of this:

No two pieces are identical. Slight variations in grain, burn depth, petal placement, or cut line are not flaws — they are the signature of the maker and proof that a machine did not touch your piece.

Natural materials vary. Wood grain, dried flower color, and paper tone may differ subtly from product photos. These variations fall within the normal range of natural materials.

Colors on screen vs. in person. Display settings vary by device. Finished colors may appear slightly different in person. This is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Your Photograph, Our Craft

The quality of the finished portrait depends on the quality of the photograph you provide. Please send clear, well-lit, front-facing photos. If we receive a photo that is unsuitable (blurry, dark, obscured faces), we will ask you for a better one before proceeding.

The digital preview is an AI-assisted artistic rendering showing approximately how your finished piece will look. The final hand-cut or hand-burned piece is made by a master artisan, and will carry the human qualities described above — this is the point of buying it.

Preview & Revisions

Your digital preview arrives within 48 hours of receiving your photo. We include one free revision of the preview.

Once you approve the final preview, production begins and the approved design is final. Approve carefully — what you approve is what the master makes.

Production & Delivery

Production takes 3–5 business days and begins only after your preview approval. Total delivery time is typically 2–3 weeks from approval. If you need your piece by a specific date (a wedding, a memorial), tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether it is possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Liability

Mrehloy's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
