Our Promise About Your Photos
We know the photographs you send us are personal — faces of the people and pets you love. Here is exactly what we do with them:
  • Your photos are used only to create your artwork and your digital preview.
  • We never use customer photos or finished custom portraits in our marketing, social media, or website without your explicit written permission.
  • Your photos and artwork files are deleted from our systems 90 days after your order is completed, unless you ask us to keep them on file for future orders.
  • We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
